These Terms will be applied fully and affect to your use of this Website. By using this Website, you agreed to accept all terms and conditions written in here. You must not use this Website if you disagree with any of these Website Standard Terms and Conditions.

You agree to only create and use 1 account. Any other accounts associated with the same member may be terminated.

By joining TrafficTiers.com YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE EMAILS FROM admin@TrafficTiers.com. Please add these email addresses to your address book and mark all emails from TrafficTiers.com as NOT SPAM. This is to ensure all members get verification emails as well as website updates, commissions info etc. Again, these emails may be for updates, account issues, TrafficTiers.com promotions or anything that TrafficTiers.com needs to relay to all members.

No Autoresponders or Bounced Emails are allowed
If your email address bounces or sends back TrafficTiers.com a message with an autoresponder, you risk having your account suspended/deleted. All referrals and COMMISSIONS will be lost if your account is deleted.

Liability
TrafficTiers.com is an information marketing tool used to help it's members on the Internet. TrafficTiers.com does not make any promises written or implied as to the amount of money that can be made from TrafficTiers.com. It is your responsibility to make sure your payment email address is correct. Commission payments made to the wrong account because of an incorrectly entered ID is your responsibility.

Policies
All policies, rules and regulations are the final decision of TrafficTiers.com. We reserve the right to modify, add or change any policies as we deem necessary at any time. All members agree that they will not hold TrafficTiers.com liable for any items or policies within this program.

Refunds
Upon successful payment, any and all digital products such as credit packages, promotions, downloads, and/or account upgrades are instantly added to the member's account. Thus these digital goods may be used immediately upon purchase. Therefore, no refunds can be issued and all sales are final.

Any digital product subscriptions are maintained solely at that discretion of the member holding the subscription. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the member to cancel the said subscription prior to it's renewal should the member decide that they are no longer interested in the subscription service. Refunds cannot be given once a subscription service has begun and/or renewed. There will be no pro rata or partial refunds for early cancelation/terminated subscriptions. Any violations of these terms as stated in this agreement resulting in the suspension/termination of a member's account forfeits any earned commissions and no refunds will be provided for any ongoing subscriptions.

Commissions
You agree to receive any earned commissions only through our preferred payment processor(s) for commissions. Commissions are paid only to members who directly refer other members who might purchase an account upgrade or purchase additional advertising packages such as credits and/or other promotional offers. We have a 1 tier affiliate program and there is no 2nd tier affiliate program or MLM structure involved with our site at all. You are not required to upgrade or purchase anything in order to receive commissions.

Attention All Users: This is not an MLM site or a matrix. We are purely an advertising platform. Our site is strictly an advertising site for users to promote their websites to other members via banner ads, html/full page surf ads and text ads. We do not require you to have a website or sell any product in order to use our service. You are not required to purchase any of our credit packages or upgrades in order to use our service as the use of our service is absolutely free. TrafficTiers.com is NOT any of the following programs: paid to click, paid to promote, paid to surf, paid to complete offers, or paid to read.

SPAM
TrafficTiers.com has a zero tolerance for spam. Anyone caught spamming will be deleted from the program and is subject to civil and criminal prosecution including fines. If you are to include TrafficTiers.com's name or URL in any email promotion, please only email to your own "double-optin" subscribers or on trusted safelists, traffic exchanges, ad exchanges, list builders, classified ads, PPC marketing and other legitimate forms of advertising were members/users consent to receive such messages.

However, the following are grounds for termination of your account:

• To send unsolicited emails to anyone that is not on your own personal double-optin list. If this does not make sense to you, then do not include promotions for TrafficTiers.com in emails.
• To falsify user information provided to TrafficTiers.com or to other users of the service in connection with TrafficTiers.com, or any of it's other sites.
• To use the TrafficTiers.com name and URL via bought commercial bulk email lists is prohibited.

Do NOT promote your TrafficTiers.com affiliate page using blasters or to purchased leads - Or on any program promising to "blast" your ad to millions of users. Any promotion of TrafficTiers.com MUST be legitimate and within SPAM compliance.  

TrafficTiers.com considers the above practices to constitute abuse of our service and of the recipients of such unsolicited mailings and/or postings who often bear the expense. Therefore, these practices are prohibited by TrafficTiers.com terms and conditions of service. Engaging in one or more of these practices will result in termination of the offender's account along with the forfeiture of any and/or all earned commissions.

Nothing contained in this policy shall be construed to limit TrafficTiers.com actions or remedies in any way with respect to any of the foregoing activities.

TrafficTiers.com reserves the right to take any and all additional actions it may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without limitation to taking action to recover the costs and expenses of identifying offenders and removing them from the program.

In addition, TrafficTiers.com reserves at all times all rights and remedies available to it with respect to such activities at law or in equity.

We use IP tracking devices. Any user that is found to blatantly violate this agreement will be banned from the program indefinitely and may be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We may also make changes to these rules, regulations, and policies at any time.

By becoming a member of TrafficTiers.com, you agree to all of the above terms and conditions.

Intellectual Property Rights

Other than the content you own, under these Terms, TrafficTiers.com and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website.
